A huge oil spill in Russia has caused an environmental disaster. 
俄罗斯一起重大漏油事故已造成环境灾害。
It began at a power plant in Siberia, in the north of Russia. A fuel tank fell down and broke open.
该事故发生于俄罗斯北部西伯利亚的一座发电厂。
The oil came out and polluted the Ambarnaya River. 
一座燃料槽倾倒并破裂，造成柴油外泄而后污染了安柏那亚河。
The oil moved around 12 kilometers down the river and turned it red.

Later, the oil got into a nearby lake. Plants, fish, and other animals are dying because of the pollution.

Russian president Vladimir Putin declared a state of emergency and sent soldiers to the area. They will help experts clean up the spill.

However, this will be very difficult because there's so much oil. It will take years of work and lots of money to clean up.
